DESCRIPTION: SVRJAN The National Weather Service in Jackson has issued a * Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... North central Tensas Parish in northeastern Louisiana... Madison Parish in northeastern Louisiana... Warren County in west central Mississippi... South central Issaquena County in west central Mississippi... * Until 315 PM CDT. * At 210 PM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from near Eagle Bend to near Mound, moving east at 15 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. * Severe thunderstorms will be near... Vicksburg around 215 PM CDT. Redwood around 245 PM CDT. Other locations impacted by these severe thunderstorms include Delta and Richmond.
INSTRUCTION: For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a building. Large hail, damaging wind, and continuous cloud to ground lightning are occurring with these storms. Move indoors immediately. Lightning is one of nature's leading killers. Remember, if you can hear thunder, you are close enough to be struck by lightning.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
